🔁 Return, Refund & Exchange Policy — OM Pujan

At OM Pujan, every order is packed with care, respect, and devotion for your home, mandir, and daily puja. We value your trust deeply, and if there is ever an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it with honesty and responsibility.

⏳ Return Window

You may request a return within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.

Return requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

📍 Return Eligibility

Returns are applicable for domestic orders within India only.

A return will be accepted only if:

  • a wrong item was sent, or

  • the item was received damaged

In short, return is only applicable when the mistake is from our side, and in such cases, we take full responsibility.

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in cases such as:

  • change of mind

  • dislike of design, finish, or size

  • ordering by mistake

  • any reason other than wrong item or damage caused from our side

📸 Photo / Video Proof Required

To raise a return request, please share clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

This helps our team verify the concern quickly and process your request smoothly.

Requests without proper visual proof may not be approved.

💬 How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

You can contact us through:

Please share the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Your contact number

All requests are reviewed by our team before approval.

🚚 Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • we will try to arrange pickup within approximately 2 business days

  • if pickup is not available at your pincode, you may be asked to ship the item back

  • once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed

💸 Refund Policy

If the return is approved because:

  • a wrong item was sent, or

  • the item was damaged due to our mistake

then full responsibility will be taken by OM Pujan.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders: refund will be sent to the original payment method

  • COD orders: refund will be processed to the UPI ID / bank details shared by the customer

Refund Timeline

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

🔄 Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

This applies to brass idols as well as other puja-related items ordered from OM Pujan, subject to approval and product condition.

Items must be:

  • unused

  • in proper condition

  • packed safely for return

💰 Exchange Fee

Exchange charges are based on the weight slab of the order:

  • Up to 500g → ₹199

  • 500g to 1kg → ₹249

  • 1kg to 2kg → ₹349

  • Above 2kg → ₹449

These exchange charges apply based on the order weight and cover the handling and shipping involved in the exchange process.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Return is available only for domestic orders within India

  • Return is accepted only when the issue is from our side

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Returned or exchanged items must be in proper condition

  • Used, damaged-after-use, or poorly packed returned items may not be approved

  • During festive or high-order periods, processing timelines may be slightly delayed
